A. Possibly, but BTM will be more accurate if you send, email or fax us a drawing. Please read our installation guide for more information.

Q. Will BTM provide stone samples for me to take away?
A. Yes.

Q. Can I look at the slab before cutting?
A. Yes. BTM highly recommend that you visit. We are open from Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm, and Saturday 8.00am - 4.00pm.

Q. Will BTM visit us to make templates?
A. Yes.

Q. Do BTM supply sinks and taps?
A. Yes, if you want.

Q. Should all fittings be on-site at the time of the Templating?
A. Yes please, this is most important.

Q. Do I need to be present during your Templating operation?
A. Yes please, to help with any queries that we may have.

Q. Can my wall cupboard units be fitted in the meantime?
A. Yes, as long as these cupboards do not sit on the worktops.

Q. Are the joints apparent?
A. Yes, although BTM will try to hide them as much as possible by colour coding.

Q. Where do you put these joints?
A. BTM make every effort to position them as unobtrusively as possible; see photos on our site

Q. How do you recommend I fix the undermounted sink/bowl?
A. BTM recommend that these are mounted onto wooden supports on the cabinet; however, BTM can also fix onto the granite from underneath.

Q. Will BTM plumb-in my sink/basin?
A. No, you need to arrange for your plumber.
