Terms and Conditions of Fitting

Processing Time
The company will endeavour to fulfil its agreed commitments to all our clients. However, due to the variations in the materials we use, we can only offer an expected time of availability and delivery of products. We will not accept any liability from any loss whatsoever from any delay in delivering our product.

Templating & Installation
Before either can be carried out, we require the following:
• Bases fully secured and levelled, otherwise double the template and fitting charge will be incurred.
• Bases should be capable of supporting the weight of the stone (approximately 90kg per m2)
• All information required must be readily available (manufacturers’ templates from hob cut-outs, tap-hole sizes, etc).

Production
Production time is seven to ten working days from the final Templating date and confirmation of order (deposit paid or written confirmation). In the case of  Supply Only sales, Templates or production drawings are to be supplied by the client, and at their responsibility.

Payment
• A 60% deposit is paid in advance on all orders. This is non-refundable for any cut-to-size orders. For all other orders, a 15% handling charge is payable upon any refund of goods.
• Trade account customers - 30 days from when the invoice is sent.
• Private/ Non-trade account customers - Balance due on completion.

Please inspect goods on delivery and report any problems immediately. Upon final completion of the job and delivery of the product as invoiced, the company will no longer be liable for any damage in the product, and therefore repairs, if required, will be charged as a separate job. No claims are expected after installation.
